All services require a $50 deposit, that goes toward the price of service
Services have to be booked 24hrs before intended day and time
There are some pricing adjustments if the following apply:
$20 if you are located more than 30 mins from 77498
$10 per level of stairs ( 2nd floor $10, 3rd floor $20 etc.) if you have elevators this does NOT apply.
All services include hands on and a 10 min setup and break down time frame mentioned on "Services and Pricing"
Cash, debit/credit, Zelle and Cashapp are the accepted forms of payments
In the event of bad weather or power outages services maybe rescheduled
All therapist are licensed professional, any disrespectfulness will result in services being cancelled and client will no longer be allowed to rebook.
There are no refunds, you can reschedule 3hrs before service for deposit to apply to service. Failure to do so, another deposit is required.
All service require draping. Sheet draping is recommended but towel draping is an option.
If you would like towel draping please mention when booking appointment. You can NOT suggest towel sizes. Large towels or hand towel only and at the discretion of the therapist.
All animals must be out of work area until session is complete.
If you are running late the therapist will wait 20 min max before leaving and deposit will not be refunded and can not be used towards future service.
If you are running late there is a $15 late fee and you will receive time remaining (if your appointment is 70 min and you are running 20 min late you will receive 50 min of service.
You will get a reminder on the day of service and a receipt 24hr after service.
If client is under the age of 17 an adult must be present
